Mission Statement
The Catholic Worker Farm takes its inspiration from the International Catholic Worker (CW) movement founded by Dorothy Day in New York in the 1930’s. The Catholic Worker seeks to live out Catholic social teaching through practising the Works of Mercy. The CW Farm and Mary House provisionally accommodates 20 individuals who have battled through horrific circumstances to reach the peace and safety which this CW community can provide. We are helped in our work by Volunteers and Interns.
